Use Discretion
Write a readable and easy to understand form of discipline when begining to implement the policy.
For example, first violation involved warning, second violation a reprimand, and so on.
Try to make it a simple system for most people who don't even know how to operate a computer.
When you wish to sit down with each employee you would like to show them what exactly it is that they did.
Involve ALL departments
Monitor your entire staff – even your own computer! You never know who is trying to enter your computer or who is taking advantage of your computer – get every team under your inspection and Monitor them.
Create a security policy team
Only if you can start with one worker team that will have the full responsibility to monitor the computers of your buisness. You need to have your IT team free of Employee monitoring since they got to much on their hands and probably they won't feel comftrable about it. Bring someone you know and trust and let them monitor your employees and give you reports on each worker.
Be nice to the Employees
Not all workers will accept the fact that they are being monitored by someone – try to explain yourself and why you are using Employee Monitoring software – explain that this is not something personal and you are only thinking about the best for the company.
